For 61 years, the Coconut Grove Arts Festival, presented by First Horizon Bank, has been celebrating the dynamic intersection of community, culture, and self-expression, making every purchased art piece a lasting reminder of the beauty and power of human creativity. Last year, Jeff Bezos made a surprise appearance at the Coconut Grove Arts Festival, where he was seen admiring art and engaging with artists, much to the attendees’ excitement. Who knows who’ll show up this year during the three-day outdoor experience from February 15–17, 2025. This beloved annual event, consistently ranked among the nation’s top art festivals, is a cultural hub and a place to see and be seen.
Set along the picturesque waterfront of Biscayne Bay, the festival offers something for everyone, from stunning works of art to hands-on activities, live performances, and immersive family-friendly areas. With 285 internationally acclaimed artists, the festival celebrates creativity, where art, community, and inspiration converge. Buying art at an outdoor arts festival is a uniquely enriching experience that connects you to the vibrant world of creativity in an intimate and personal way. Surrounded by fresh air, stunning scenery, and the buzz of cultural exchange, people can meet talented artists face-to-face, hear the stories behind their work, and witness firsthand the passion and craftsmanship that goes into each piece. “Every purchase becomes more than just acquiring a beautiful object—it’s an investment in individuality, a support for creative livelihoods, and a meaningful memento of a shared artistic moment,” said Camille Marchese, CGAF Executive Director.
The Coconut Grove Arts Festival has been a beacon of artistic excellence for over six decades. With a mission to foster creativity and connect the community to world-class art, it continues to be a must-visit destination for art lovers from around the globe. But it is more than an art show — it’s a family-friendly cultural journey packed with interactive experiences:

ABOUT THE COCONUT GROVE ARTS FESTIVAL
For 61 years, the Coconut Grove Arts Festival, managed by the Coconut Grove Arts & Historical Association, has been dedicated to cultivating future generations of artists. As a nonprofit 501(c)(3) with the support of the Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs, the Cultural Affairs Council, and the Miami-Dade County Mayor and Board of County Commissioners, the organization champions South Florida’s arts community through educational programs – and by hosting one of the nation’s premier outdoor art festivals. Held annually over Presidents’ Day weekend and produced by Miami-based Loud & Live, this three-day event features 285 juried artists across multiple visual categories, live performances, and interactive art experiences along Coconut Grove’s scenic bayfront streets. Proceeds fund impactful year-round programs, including scholarships for Florida International University and Miami-Dade high school students, the Visiting Artists Program, and the Next Generation Emerging Artist Program.
