Part of AHG’s soon-to-open Eva restaurant at CocoWalk, The Oyster Bar delivers an intimate experience, specializing in raw bar classics, delectable small plates, and thoughtfully curated libations to pair perfectly with the bounty of the sea.
Nestled on the ground floor of the beautifully restored and iconic shopping plaza, the opening of The Oyster Bar marks phase one of Ariete Hospitality’s two-part restaurant rollout at CocoWalk. Later this fall Eva, serving a delicious taste of the Mediterranean through the unique culinary prism of chef Michael Beltran and executive chef Ashley Moncada, now open for lunch, dinner, Happy Hour and brunch.
The seafood-forward menu offers a lineup of enticing Snacks, ideal for an afterwork bite or intimate night out. Raw bar classics include a daily selection of Oysters on the Half Shell with pikliz mignonette and lemon; Conch Salad prepared with tomatillo, red onion, bell pepper and lime; Shrimp Escabeche in an anticucho marinade with mojo and potato; and Corvina Ceviche with leche de tigre, radish and cilantro.
