MICHELEN STARRED AND MIGHTY CHEF MICHAEL BELTRAN’S ARIETE TURNS 8 WITH ANNUAL ANNIVERSARY BASH

Since opening in 2016, chef/owner Michael Beltran and Ariete Hospitality Group’s beloved Coconut Grove restaurant Ariete has garnered a ravenous following and received national recognition including a star from the renowned Michelin Guide (2022, 2023) not to mention acknowledgment from Food & Wine and The New York Times, to name a few. In celebration of Ariete’s eight-year anniversary, Beltran is throwing his annual epic birthday bash complete with live music, menu and drink, drink specials and, in true Miami fashion, Publix birthday cake (gratis). The annual party has become one of Coconut Grove’s most popular events and 2024 will be no different. 

Taking place on Sunday, January 14, 2024, Ariete’s anniversary bash kicks off at 5PM with a special celebration on the back terrace until 10PM. As the sun sets, the backyard will transform into a lively yard party with pop up bars, $6 cervezas, $6 frozen daiquiris, $8 specialty cocktails and live Latin music. For those seeking a touch of smokey sophistication, cigars will be on-hand. 

Naturally, Ariete will also be open for a la carte dinner service. Reservations, as always, are greatly recommended. 

Since Beltran first came on the scene as a chef and restaurateur, his flagship restaurant — once “just” a wildly popular coconut gem — has evolved into the jewel in his culinary crown.
