LORE Development Group, a partnership between Leste Group, Opportunity Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário, and Element Development, has unveiled plans for The Lincoln Coconut Grove, a new Green Certified luxury condominium located at 2650 Lincoln Avenue in Coconut Grove, Miami. This 8-story development will offer 48 high-end residences, encompassing over 91,000 square feet of premium living space. Sales are scheduled to begin in late December 2024.
